Shipping And Returns

SHIPPING

Processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. 

PLEASE double check your shipping address! If address is entered correctly, the customer is responsible for paying any extra fees and additional shipping charges! 


RETURNS

We totally understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items must be in new condition to be accepted for return. They cannot have makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Return Instructions
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once we receive your items, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please email us at reflectionscollection@yahoo.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses do not qualified as damaged. Reminder, most images seen on this website are digitally added, meaning physical designs will appear more subtle.
